Aircraft Refuelling Safety Course

About the Course

Our 1.5-day Aircraft Refuelling Safety course is specifically designed to provide an awareness of the risks involved and control measures to be implemented for safe refuelling, along with the recommended industry practices for the testing of fuel for businesses that operate their own private fuelling facility and wish to have their team trained in operating the facility in a safe manner, in accordance with current industry practices and standards.

AMS provides refuelling services at multiple sites across Australia. Our refuelling trainers will provide practical training delivery in most aspects of small fuel facility management and quality control.

Site-Based Training Requirements

This course is offered as a site-based course only. It will be advantageous if the client can provide testing equipment for the practical component (hydrometer, density calculation wheel, thermometer, metal bucket, glass sample jar, SWDs, syringe, etc.), although this is not essential.

Suitable PPE for the course participants must be provided by the client.

Who is this course for?

This course is recommended for personnel who are responsible for performing fuel quality control checks at their facility. There are no entry requirements for this workshop, however we recommend that participants already understand the operational requirements and issues that are relevant to their area of responsibility.
